Bihar - my view regarding development

I belong to Bihar, I have worked in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Gujarat for more than 35 yrs. when I see the difference of development of Bihar vs Gujarat, I find there is great diffidence. Even if I compare with UP it is still far behind from development angle. Many of our friends-who had joined banking services with me migrated and settled in Gujarat and UP. What led them migrate from Bihar, is a big question, which is unanswered.

Let us examine the situation.
There is little or no job opportunity in  Bihar.
Due to lack of job opportunities people migrate  to places where they get jobs to earn for their lively hood.
Why Bihar could not stand up parallel to other states. The simple reply is there is lack of political will for development. Bihari Politics is nothing but a cast based dirty politics.
There is lack of awareness among rural people that elections of legislatures are an opportunity to elect right person for development. Unfortunately they are so cast concerned that they elect only those persons who belong to their cast.
We are in a democratic country. There is no Raj shahi. But the peoples choice is different. The son of a leader is the icon for their future leader. Even though he is not fit for that. Such a situation prevailed when there was kings rule. Son of king happened to be the next king.
Bihar needs new revolution. Bihari should come out of cast system. Only those party should be voted to power who have clear vision about future of Bihar. Otherwise Bihari will never forgive those who are developing themselves.

बिहार के विद्यार्थियों की दुर्दशा

सेवा निवृत होने के बाद मैं अपने ज्येष्ठ पुत्र के पास दिल्ली में रह रहा हूँ। कल मैं सब्जी लेकर वापस आ रहा था। मैंने एक रिक्शा से बात की कि  वो हमारे फ्लैट तक का कितना लेगा। उसने पचास रूपये मांगे वैसे तो ये लोग  तीस  तक लेते हैं। मैंने भी ओके कर दिया और रिक्शे पर बैठ गए।
मैंने उससे कहा ये बिहार को नेताओं ने बर्बाद कर रखा है। ये सही ना।  आपने ये मुझसे क्यों कहा उसने मुझसे पूछा।  आप कैसे जाने कि मैं बिहार का हूँ ? मैंने कहा मैं भी बिहार का हूँ और तुम लोगों के देखकर तरस आती है कि बिहारी बच्चे दिल्ली में रिक्शा चलाते हैं। इसके लिए कौन जिम्मेदार है. ये नेता ही हैं जिनकी ये जिम्मेदारी थी कीटने रोजगार के अबसर पैदा किये जाएँ की बच्चों को बाहर जाना  नहीं पड़े।
उसने कुछ जवाब नहीं दिया। मैंने फिर पूछा तुम तो पड़े लिखे लगते हो पढाई क्यों पूरी नहीं की। उसने रुंधे हुए लहजे में कहा " sorry sir, I am a graduate from Patna University in Political science and preparing for competitive exam for last three years. As I do not want to be burdon on my poor family, I doing it as part time job.
इस समय तक़  हम अपने आधे किलो मीटर दूर घर पहुँच चुके थे।  मैंने उसे १०० रुपये  दिए पर उसने नहीं लिए। उसने ४० रुपये  काटकर वापस कर दिए और विद्युत् गति से वापस हो गया।
मैं अक्सर बिहार के लड़कों को दिल्ली के मुखर्जी नगर के पास दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के पार्क आदि में बच्चों को मिहनत करते देखा है ऑलमोस्ट सभी बच्चे कोई न कोई काम करते हैं पर सभी निराश हैं। इसमे ज्यादा तर अपर कास्ट के ही हैं।
ये अत्यंत दुर्भग्यपूर्ण है कि वहां के नेता लोग अभी भी जातिबाद आधारित राजनीति  करते हैं। अपने को गरीबों दबे कुचले का मसीहा बताते हैं और अपना उल्लू सीधा करते हैं।

सेवानिवृति  के बाद की मनोदशा 

एक व्यक्ति जब सेवानिवृत हो जाता है तो उसके  जीवन में व्यापक बदलाव आता है।  उसके जीवन  के ३० - ३५ वर्षों की नियमित जीवन शैली अचानक बदल जाती है। एक शून्य  सा आभाष होने लगता है।  इसके लिए बहुत पहले से रिहर्सल होनी चाहिए।
हरेक व्यक्ति का प्रोफाइल अलग अलग होता है।   कई लोग अपने सामाजिक दायित्य से निवृत नहीं हो पाते हैं तो कई लोग मकान  जमीन आदि के लिटिगेशन के कारण परेशान हो जाते हैं।  रिटायरमेंट में मिले फण्ड को सेफ्टी फण्ड के रूप  में संजोग कर रखना भी एक कठिन कार्य है।
मेरे विचार से सभी सेवा निवृत व्यक्तियों   के लिए अलग  एक ट्रेनिंग होने चाहिए जिसमे सभी को एक्सपर्ट  लोगों ट्रेनिंग मिले की अगली इनिंग में उन्हें  कैसे जीवन यापन करना है। 

BJP V/S others

It is a matter of great introspection that which party I should join after superannuation. Congress is of no future. All parties other than BJP are of no  farsightedness to take India towards development.
All are doing politics for their own. They try to divide people on the basis of cast creed and other local sentiments.
It is only BJP which is thinking of inclusive growth. Since modi has come into power India is progressing in all fronts. I have worked in Gujrat for three years. I belong to Bihar. I have seen the difference. Bihar will require years togather to reach the level of Gujrat.
As such, I have decided to  join BJP.

my superannuation

मेरा  रिटायरमेंट 30   जेनुअरी 2018  को  हो गया।  अब मैं बिलकुल फ्री हूँ। अब मेरे लिए पॉलिटिकली न्यूट्रल रहना जरुरी नहीं है।
मैंने वैसे तो भारतीय जनता पार्टी की मेम्बरशिप ले ली है पर अभी भी पॉलिटिकली एक्टिव नहीं रहूँगा। 

Dear Readers
I am approaching 60 years. On 30th Jan 2018 I will celebrate 60th birth day. On the very next day I will be retiring from the post of chief Manager from Bank of Baroda.
I could not spare much time for blogging in recent days due to engagements as required by my employer.
I will get enough time for blogs now.
