We are receiving many suggestions from friends and group members regarding limiting the spread of corona virus. Most of which are common.
I wish to share some suggestions which have not been shared any where but are core concern of Doctor and nurses now a days.
This may be followed by we sr citizens.
1) We should not move outside unless it very urgent.
2) If we are constrained to go out side of our residence, use coverall type long shirt Or kurta pazama of cotton over our usual dress.
3) when we come back we should undress this coverall before entering at the door.
4) It should be folded in such a way that entire outer area of coverall should become inner side of the folded cover all.
5) Keep it inside a tray and cover it by any news paper or dust bin like bucket sorage plastic pots.
6) We can use used polythin bags, caroons etc. also
7) Senitize your hands, shoes hands etc before you enter the house.
8) These outer cloths may be washed or kept in balkony or in sun for one day.
9)Those who keep beard should wash their beard immediately. They can use soaps or any paste used for shaving and cleaned prooerly
10) Those who are clean shaved should shave daily not casually.
11) Disinfectanats like shavalon boroplus or alum etc must be used after shave. Wash fore head also.
12) Hairs are also harbour place of cona virus.use shampoo or liquid soapto clean it. It is better to take bath immediatly after comming from outside.
13) Keep shoes outside preferably in sun for at least 6 hrs before it is used.
